Order Cancellations

Due to the nature of pre-owned items and our business model, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

 

Order Return & Refund

For Not as Described reason, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once confirmed, we will offer two options

• Issue paritial refund and you keep the item. 
• Cover shipping label for return, refund full amount within 24 hours of the returned item's delivery.

For other Personal reason, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, we will need to charge 70% of the item's sale price as restocking fee and cannot cover the return shipping.
